Steve Swanson focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities for Fort Union.
Over the past fifteen years, Steve has specialized in acquiring and repositioning Single Tenant Net Leased Retail assets nationwide through Swanson Development Group.
During that time, he acquired more than 126 retail properties totaling over $530 million.
Prior to launching Swanson Development Group, Steve worked at Capview Partners and previously served as Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners.
Steve earned his B.A. from the University of Dayton and lives in Hinsdale, Illinois with his family.
