Matteo Troka serves as Development Manager at Fort Union and is responsible for sourcing new development and redevelopment opportunities across the firm’s portfolio.
He leads financial analysis and oversees due diligence for prospective projects and acquisitions while collaborating with the partners throughout the entitlement, design, and construction process.
Matteo earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Outside of work he enjoys running along the lake, exploring Chicago restaurants, golfing, and supporting Wisconsin sports.
