Mellody Farm is a large-scale experiential retail development anchored by Whole Foods Market, REI, Nordstrom Rack, West Elm, Athleta, Casper, Shake Shack, and more than 30 national retailers.

The project also included the sale of fully entitled land to Focus Development, which developed The Atworth, a 260-unit residential community.

Public investment included $20 million in TIF funding and $7.5 million in infrastructure improvements, supporting approximately 1,000 permanent jobs.

The project received multiple national development awards and was named one of Chain Store Age’s Top 10 Retail Experiences.
